IncinerPro waste incinerator i850
The IncinerPro i850 incinerator is recommended for eliminating medium to larger volume animals (e.g. chicken, hens, pets, slaughterhouse waste, meat processing plants waste) and small quantities (up to 850 kg, depending on volume). A special burning process is particular to IncinerPro i850: the waste is burned also from bellow, because of incinerator’s special construction: a concreate arch inside and 2 different high positioned burners, on opposite sides. This incinerator is available in several variants, depending on the type of fuel used for the incineration process: natural gas / LPG / diesel. The volume of the primary combustion chamber is about 1,24 m³ (above the concrete arch). As standard, the IncinerPro i850 incinerator comes equipped with:
- 2 combustion chambers (primary and secondary-combustion)
- 3 fully automated burners (two in primary combustion chamber and one in secondary (post combustion) chamber), with adjustable power, flame detection. Burners runs on natural gas, LPG or diesel.
- Ash removal door, even during burning
- Visual and audible alarm systems
- Control panel with touch screen technology for setting and monitoring incineration parameters and combustion cycles
- Refractory insulation for resistance to particular high temperatures at which the incineration process takes place.
