IncinerPro animal waste incinerator a2000
The IncinerPro a2000 mobile animal waste incinerator is a vertical, manual waste-loading incinerator, recommended for eliminating mortality from animal farms (eg fattening pigs). IncinerPro a2000 is RAR (Romanian Automotive Register) approved as a "mobile incinerator", being fixed on a 2/3-axis trailer, and fully-equipped for waste disposal on site, even in the absence of utilities: diesel tank, power generator, etc. The volume of the primary combustion chamber (where the waste is loaded) is about 1,86 m³. As standard, the IncinerPro a2000 incinerator comes equipped with:
- 2 combustion chambers (primary and secondary-combustion)
- Fully automated burners in each combustion chamber, with adjustable power, flame detection. Burners run on diesel.
- Special doors for removing ash, even during burning
- Visual (light tower) and audible alarm systems
- Control panel with touch screen display, HMI interface, for setting and monitoring incineration parameters, combustion cycles
- Refractory concrete designed to withstand high temperatures
