IncinerPro waste incinerator i1750
The IncinerPro i1750 model incinerator is an incinerator with vertical, manual loading of waste, recommended for eliminating mortality from animal farms (eg fattening pigs). The volume of the primary combustion chamber (where the waste is loaded) is about 3,73 m³, thus allowing the loading of large volumes (eg sows, cattle). As standard, the IncinerPro i1750 incinerator comes equipped with:
- 2 combustion chambers (primary and secondary-combustion)
- Fully automated burners in each combustion chamber, with adjustable power, flame detection. Burners run on diesel.
- Special doors for removing ash, even during burning
- Max. Load capacity: up to 1.750 Kg (depending on waste density)
- Visual (light tower) and audible alarm systems
- Control panel with touch screen display, HMI interface, for setting and monitoring incineration parameters, combustion cycles
- Dense refractory concrete, designed to withstand temperatures up to 1.500 degrees Celsius
